Shipping Policy

 

Cakes, Desserts, and Other Consumable Products

Daily fresh made products are available for delivery from 12pm - 7pm, and strictly by appointment only. Delivery or self collection timing is estimated only and subject to additional charges if it falls out of our business hours.

Our professional partners provide delivery services of our products to your doorstep* at a nominal charge ranging from $18~$30 depending on the delivery radius from our flagship store at Farrer Park. The delivery slot is usually reserved for a 3-hour window. Specific timing delivery cannot be fixed due to traffic and weather conditions. 

* For shopping malls, hotels, offices or any buildings that unloading area is not accessible to private cars, products are to be collected by the customer at the drop off point or meeting point.

Self collection (NOT applicable for dessert tables or wedding packages) can be made strictly by appointment only, from 12pm to 6pm. Collection point is at Jalan Besar. 

Additional surchage applies for both delivery and pickup during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, etc.

 

Other Standard Products

We offer same day (if order is placed before 10am) or next day delivery for standard products which are not sensitive to temperature and movement shocks. Please contact our customer service at 88995958 for assistance.
