Refund or Exchange Policy

 

Before Goods Delivered/Collected

Change or cancellation request of unfulfilled orders will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If a change or cancellation request is accepted, NO refunds will be issued for any excess payment. The excess amount, however, after deducting the cost of preparation work completed to date, can be used as credit for future purchases. No credit will be issued for a change or cancellation request made within the last three days prior to the actual day.

Please note that administrative fee will be charged at $10 or 10% of the total order amount, whichever is higher, for all the accepted cancellation or change request as service fees to the payment merchants as well as to ensure proper processing and communication administratively.

 

After Goods Received

Once goods are received, we will NOT entertain any refund or exchange service for all of our consumable products, including food, cakes, desserts, edible products and other personalised/customised items. Perishable goods (including flowers, plants, inflated balloons, etc), sale items, and gift cards are not returnable as well.

Non-consumable and non-perishable products like party ware, accessories, toys and decorators are generally refundable if any defect is reported during receving (photo proof is required). To be eligible for an one-to-one exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase before contacting us at support@cpatisserie.sg prior to returning the goods to our shop. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned goods, and let you know if the refund request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
